After experiencing the multi-faceted Rajasthan, you will be ushered to a new exploration at Agra. The entire expedition has been thoroughly planned to take you back into history. Most enjoyable journeys are short-lived but long remembered. This journey will come to an end at Delhi, which will mark the onset of your reliving these cherished memories for a lifetime. Explore the romantic land of Rajasthan, while experiencing the luxuries worthy of the Maharajas of yore. Rajasthan opens its treasure chest and presents all its mystical charms for the astute tourists.

On rolling back wheels of time, we find the rulers of princely states of Rajputana, Gujarat, the Nizam of Hyderabad and the Viceroy of British India travelled by these luxurious coaches. After independence, these coaches were parked and remained in this state for a quarter of a century until in 1981-82, when the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation and Indian Railways launched a special heritage tourist train for providing a unique memorable experience to the tourists visiting Rajasthan.

JAIPUR: Built by Sawai Jai Singh, the city of Jaipur is amongst the first of India's planned cities. The ancient heart of the Pink City still beats in its fairy tale palaces; rugged fortresses perched on barren hills and broad avenues. Jaipur has a timeless appeal in its colorful bazaars that delights for its Rajasthan handlooms and trinkets. Beautifully laid out gardens and parks, attractive monuments and marvelous heritage hotels, once the residence of Maharajas, are worth admiration that makes a trip to the pink city a memorable one.

The rugged, time-ravaged walls of the Fort may not look beautiful from the outside, but the interior is a virtual paradise. Miniatures painted on the walls depict hunting and war scenes, apart from festivals. Precious stones and mirrors are embedded into the plaster.

Day 03 - Friday SawaiMadhopur - Chittorgarh

SawaiMadhopur(Ranthambore) is one of the many famous destinations of the western state of India, Rajasthan. Generally a visit to Ranthambore means a visit to the tiger reserve here. However, the place has much more to offer you in sightseeing and excursions. Surrounded by the Vindhya and Aravali hill ranges and located very near to the outer fringes of the Thar Desert, Ranthambore offers you the best of the desert land as well as plain area near the hills.

Chittorgarh a place immortalized by deeds of valour and sacrifice of two remarkable queens. This was the place where Queen Padmini preferred jauhar(ritual sacrifice by self immolation) rather than be taken captive, and be submitted to the lust of AlaudinKhilji Sultan of Delhi.

Jaisalmer is located at the heart of the great Thar Desert, it offers the visitor an enchanting world of fable, colour, and history. Moreover, the magnificent wood-and stone-carved mansions and buildings display the love and interest Rajputs had for the fine arts. The desert festival held here by the end of the winter season, during the months of January and February, attracts a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.

Jodhpur: Famous for its magnificent forts and palaces, Jodhpur is the second largest city of Rajasthan and a major tourist attraction in the country The city is situated at the edge of the Thar Desert with Jaisalmer on its west, Barmar, Jalor and Pali on its south, Bikaner on its north, and Nagaur on the eastern side Jodhpur was founded by the Rajput chief Rao Jodha in 1459.

Departure for KeolaDeo National Park (Ghana Bird Sanctuary).

This former duck-hunting reserve of the Maharajas is one of the major wintering areas for large numbers of aquatic birds from Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, China and Siberia. Some 364 species of birds, including the rare Siberian crane, have been recorded in the park.

20% of ticket value between 89 to 30 days prior to departure.

No show/ En route termination of tour/amendment:
# No Show - In case of No Show / Non-arrival of the guest, no refund or adjustment in future travel   
will be possible. The whole amount shall be treated as forfeited.   
# En route termination of tour - In case of termination of tour by the guest, for any reasons,   
no refund or adjustment for future travel will be possible. The amount for unused portion of the tour
